DELIVERY SERVICE

1.   The delivery service fee is HK$80 (per delivery address). Free delivery service is offered with Single Order amounts of HK$1,500 or above.

2.   The delivery service in Hong Kong and Kowloon region is only available on Monday, Wednesday & Friday; whereas in New Territories region is only available on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. We will contact you to make an appointment. Currently we do not provide delivery services on Sunday, public holidays & non-working hours.

3.   We will contact you to confirm the delivery date within 4 working days when we received your order.

4.   Delivery service is available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery service to Outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and the airport are subject to an additional charge of HK$100, and Discovery Bay requires an additional charge of HK$300.

5.    If You need to make any amendments to Your Order (such as delivery date, delivery date or adding items, etc.), please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in advance of the prior agreed date and time of delivery.

6.   We shall not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the Product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control..

7.   In case of Black Rainstorm Signal/Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended and another arrangement will be made.

8.     If you are unable to collect your products within one month after the order confirmation email is received; or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, we may:

(i) keep the related Products until the actual delivery date, and charge You a reasonable storage fee (including any insurance fee incurred); or 

(ii) cancel Your Order and charge You any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or Your failure to receive the Products; or

(iii) dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to You.

9.   If there is no lift at the designated delivery address, a surcharge shall apply (HK$20 per floor per item; 1st floor is free and the maximum delivery floor is 9/F. The customer shall pay the surcharge to the courier. No receipt is provided.

10. If any damage to the product is found when receiving, please contact us asap. Please keep the completed package and take a photo (both the cartoon and the product) for exchange.

11.  All risks in the Products shall pass to you while the products has been delivered to Delivery Address or been collected; nevertheless we shall retain title in the Products until full payment has been received.

12.  In case of dispute, we shall reserve the right of final decision.
