Terms and conditions of the "Early Bird Warranty" program for household appliances:
1. The maintenance fee of the "Early Bird Maintenance" plan must be paid at the time of product purchase.
2. The paid maintenance fee will not be returned or converted under any circumstances.
3. Free repair and maintenance services are provided during the warranty period, but additional charges are required for re-installation or general cleaning.
4. Under normal use and non-industrial and commercial use, the household electrical appliances listed in this certificate need to be repaired, installed in the refrigerant, and replaced with parts. All costs are free, except for the replacement of the casing, buttons, body accessories, Consumable accessories, panels, panel stickers, machine covers, doors, door plastic edges, filters, remote controls, external/power cords, all painted parts, accessories and the following accessories, etc., are subject to additional charges. Any damaged parts after free replacement will belong to our company.
-Washing machine/dryer: filter/dust filter, inner bucket and water/dewatering hose
-Microwave/steam oven: cooking plate, metal plate, grid
-Dishwasher: bowl, water inlet/drain pipe, spray arm
5. Outlying islands/remote areas/restricted areas customers who require warranty service must pay an outlying island/remote area/restricted area service surcharge. If you need to send the product to the factory for repair, the customer must send the product to the customer service center or the urban area, and retrieve it at the same place after the product is repaired.
6. If the product needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance and the building does not have a lift directly, the company will charge the customer a surcharge for stair removal.
7. In the following cases, this maintenance certificate will automatically become invalid:
-Products in which household electrical appliances have been modified, altered or repaired obviously or inconspicuously by non-service center technicians.
-Household electrical appliances have been used improperly or negligently, abnormal power supply or voltage, accidents, natural disasters, or products that are damaged by insects, foreign objects, liquid intrusion, corrosion or external factors.
-Non-commercial products are used for commercial or industrial purposes.
-The user has been converted or the user has moved without notifying the company immediately.
-Household electrical appliances are not installed in fixed locations on land.
8. The company provides services from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 12 noon on Saturdays. There will be no service on Sundays and public holidays. For safety reasons, in the event of a typhoon or rainstorm warning, the service will be terminated at any time without notice.
9. The user is responsible for disassembly and assembly of any decoration that interferes with the maintenance of the machine and bear all costs.
10. If the manufacturer or supplier stops the supply of parts and the parts cannot be repaired, the maintenance fee for the unused service will be refunded in proportion to the entire month of the unused service, which is the only reasonable solution.
11. Shun Hing Electrical Service Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage to any person or property caused by machine failure or unreasonable use.
12. This contract does not grant or intend to grant any third party any benefits or rights listed in the Contract (Third Party Rights) Ordinance (Chapter 623) to enforce any terms of this contract.
