Terms and Conditions of Air Conditioner "Early Bird Maintenance" Program
1) The maintenance fee of the "Early Bird Maintenance" plan must be paid at the time of product purchase.
2) Window type air conditioners and split type air conditioners need to be repaired and replaced with functional parts under normal use conditions. All costs are free, except for the chassis, evaporator, condenser, panel, button, casing, The compressor, remote control, accessories and motor seat are subject to additional charges. Any damaged parts after free replacement will belong to our company.
3) Anyone who patronizes our company's air-conditioner cleaning service during the warranty period can enjoy a 10% discount on the standard price.
4) During the maintenance period, cleaning of air conditioners or water towers, clearing of blocked drain pipes, and re-installation will be charged extra.
5) The paid maintenance fee will not be returned or converted under any circumstances.
6) This maintenance certificate will automatically become invalid under the following conditions:
A. The air conditioner has been modified, altered or repaired obviously or inconspicuously by a technician other than the service center.
B. The air conditioner has been used improperly or negligently, abnormal power supply or voltage, accident, natural disaster, or damaged products caused by insects, foreign objects, liquid intrusion, corrosion or external factors.
C. The user has been converted or the user has moved without notifying the company immediately.
D. Relocate to outlying islands, remote areas or restricted areas.
E. The air conditioner is not installed at a fixed location on land.
7) Outlying islands/remote areas/restricted areas customers who need warranty service must pay an outlying island/remote area/restricted area service surcharge. If it is necessary to send the product to the factory for repair, the customer must send the product to the customer service center or the urban area by himself, and retrieve it at the same place after the product is repaired.
8) If the product needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance and the building does not have a lift, the company will charge the customer a surcharge for stair removal.
9) The company provides services from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 12 noon on Saturdays. Except for emergency repairs and additional charges, no service will be provided on Sundays and public holidays. For safety reasons, in the event of a typhoon or rainstorm warning, the service will be terminated at any time without notice.
10) The user is responsible for disassembly and assembly of any decoration that hinders the maintenance of the machine and bear all costs.
11) If the air conditioner installed more than two meters above the ground requires maintenance service, the user shall be responsible for erecting/removing a safe working platform, scaffold or gondolas and bear all costs.
12) Shun Hing Electrical Service Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss of any person or property caused by machine failure or unreasonable use.
13) This contract does not grant or intend to grant any third party any benefit or right listed in the "Contract (Third Party Rights) Ordinance" (Chapter 623) to enforce any terms of this contract
14) If the parts cannot be repaired due to the suspension of parts supply by the manufacturer or supplier, the remaining maintenance fee will be refunded in proportion to the entire month of unused service as the only reasonable solution.
