Can Rasonic Smart Lock be installed on existing door locks?
You can first measure the door thickness and the distance from the center of the lock to the door edge and take pictures (front and side view of the door lock) to the salesperson or installion master to decide whether it is suitable for installation.
If there is a metal gate, is it suitable to install Rasonic Smart Lock?
Pay attention to whether the distance between the metal gate and the door is sufficient enough (more than 75 mm).

What are the precautions for the laser void label on the packaging box?
For security reasons, the laser void label on the packaging box must be opened in front of the installation master; if the customer tears the void label by himself/herself, the company will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product.
Installation charges
Basic installation:
- Basic wooden door installation is $900 per unit
- Basic iron door installation is $1300 per unit
Additional installation service: (All additional installations will be paid by the customer)
- primary-secondary door $300 per set
- Old American door lock replacement 32mm lock chip $200 per set
- Stainless steel front and rear mask $600 per set
- Installation in Tung Chung, Sunny Bay, Ma Wan and Park Island $200 per time
- Installation in Discovery Bay $360 per time(The arrangement date is specified by the service center)
- Installation in Outlying islands, restricted areas, Ngong Ping, Mui Wo, Pui O ( Quotate by service center)
- Door card $50 each
- Lithium battery $300 each
- Replace key gall, $650 per set
- On-site support, inspection, and teaching for non-quality problems $300 each time
<Warranty terms>
The maintenance service is only applicable to Hong Kong area
- Free on-site parts maintenance service within one year from the date of purchase (two years service if installed by Shun Hing)
- During the warranty period, customer should properly keep the purchase receipts and warranty certificates. All documents will be invalid if they are modified.
- If the warranty certificate is lost, it will not be reissued
- If the installation area is Outlying islands and restricted areas, transportation fees in the remote area need to be charged
Maintenance service does not include the following situations
- Replace cover, buttons and all non-door lock internal parts (such as lithium batteries, key cards, mechanical keys) and mobile phone software
- Customer requests to change or reinstall the product location
- Any man-made damage, misuse, negligent use not in accordance with the instructions, unauthorized repair or modification, any damage caused by accidents, natural disasters or any other uncontrollable reasons (such as battery leakage)
- For all scheduled services, if need to change the time within 24 hours or fail to contact customer within the scheduled time will be charged a handling fee of $200
Remark:
The installation time is from 9 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. Special cases will be discussed separately.
If there are any defects after the completion of the project, follow-up procedures will be undertaken (a period of 3 months, counting from the date of completion).
After the installation project is completed, if the customer requests to change the installation of the machine, it will be treated as another new project.
