If you need to purchase installation services, please (1) contact our customer service representative or (2) fill out the [Site Visit Appointment Form] to arrange for a technician to come for a site visit.

If the customer does not complete the site visit and any delivery or installation issues arise, we reserve the right not to offer exchange or refund arrangements.

1. The “ Main Unit ” price does not include the fees of site visit , standard / extra installation , dismantling and upgraded removal service.

2. The “ Main Unit with Standard Installation Service ” price does not include the fees of extra installation. The “ Extra Installation Fee ” must be quoted by technicians after the site visit service.

3. “ Extra Installation Fee ” & “ Scaffold Fee ( if need ) ” needs to be paid in cash to the relevant technicians. If you have any questions about the charges , you can ask the technicians immediately.

4. If customers do not reserve site visit , than PanaShop just provide the delivery service of the transaction. Customer need to measure the dimensions of installation location. If there are any omissions that result in failure to deliver or install , our company will not bear relevant responsibilities.

Remarks :

If the goods cannot be shipped as usual due to Out of Stock, customers can choose to Pre-Order / Arrange a Refund.
